How did it help?

Participants in rapt attention at the workshop

Depending on where the person is at in his/her life journey, this program inspired and presented:  Windows of  insight and Mirrors for reflection for living and growing. Each session though complete in and of itself came together to form a synergistic whole program.

The methods included lecturettes, exercises, role plays, games and meditation. Due to the level of self work involved, there was one session every month and tools for introspection were given. Other than the sessions, mentoring support and guidance was offered as required by the participant.

This complete program helped to:

  •  Free oneself from past conditioning
  •  Heighten self awareness
  •  Deepen self acceptance
  •  Enhance emotional wellbeing
  •  Increase clarity in thinking
  •  Live in harmony with identified priorities
  •  Reduce stress
  •  Improve interpersonal relationships
  •  Discover the ease of dharma/principle centered living

Duration of program:

June 2014 – January 2015 with one session mostly on the last Sunday of every month.

Venue: Ground floor, Room No 1, SIES College of Arts and Science, Sion West, Mumbai.
